We just finished a bathroom remodel with P & M Quality Construction and are very pleased with the results. We appreciate Patrick's expertise and his attention to detail. P & M Quality Construction provides great value as Patrick has been working with the same subcontractors for many years.
The subcontractors did quality work, cleaned the work area at the end of each day, and had good communication skills. The tile installer provided excellent suggestions to tweak our original design to obtain a much better result. A few minor issues occurred (as is often the case with remodeling projects), but Patrick handled them promptly and to our satisfaction. We plan to use P & M Quality Construction for future projects as Patrick exceeded our expectations.

P&M has now done multiple jobs for us including a complete remodel of our master bath, exterior trim repair and painting, staining of replacement windows to match inside woodwork and a tear out and total rebuild of a large cantilevered window seat (including replacement windows and recreating interior woodwork to match original and surrounding woodwork and staining to match). Patrick was very hands on and followed each project closely throughout. The tradesmen and crews he used were all very competent, hardworking, considerate, neat and produced high quality work. Patrick quoted a price and a time table and both were adhered to. In the bath every effort was made to incorporate all of the changes and improvements we envisioned while keeping our expectations realistic which was appreciated. Patrick is more picky about the work, touch ups and clean up than I am so at final walk through I could find nothing to take issue with. We love our new bathroom. The windows all look beautiful and I am completely confident in the structure. The exterior repairs and paint job look great. I highly recommend P&M Quality Construction and won't hesitate to use them again.

Highest praise for Patrick Mach and his team on our remodel. This house was built in 1983, the kitchen granite installed in late 1990's, the footprint was not changed at that time.

For this job, we took down the wall between the kitchen and family room, completely overhauled the kitchen, transformed the dining room into an integrated wine room with an enclosed (vented) standing wine refrigerator, and replaced 3 different types of flooring with a single tile throughout. We replaced ceiling fans and lighting fixtures. We upgraded sinks and countertops in a guest bath and master bath, and painted the exterior trim, and most of the interior as well.

Patrick was respectful of our ideas and guided us in decisions. His recommended vendors for granite, tile, backsplash, and fixtures were excellent. Demo crew did a fantastic job, super clean. Every worker, without exception, was professional, timely, respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

All activities were begun and completed on time. Even through record heat and global supply chain issues, Patrick and his team came through with 100% of what we agreed on.

P & M Quality Construction ticked every box on my list of wants and needs for the remodel of a bathroom in our 54 year old home.
