We've used P&M in several houses over the years, and there's a reason! Patrick always pays attention to detail and has terrific suggestions and advice. Most recently, he remodeled our master bath and oversaw various other upgrades, including replacing every window in our early 1980s house. Can't say enough good things!!!

Patrick with P&M Construction did a wonderful job with our window and remodeling project! We love our new windows and couldn’t be happier with the quality, the look and the difference it’s makes on lowering our electric bills. Patrick is an A+ perfectionist and does amazing work! He was an incredible communicator and got very creative with the space he has to work with. He took our dark, very “2000” kitchen and family room and turned it into a bright modern space! It feels twice as big and we all love spending time in, what feels like, a brand new house!

We used P&M Quality Construction to update our bathrooms and rebuild a built-in cabinet to house a big screen TV. We are very pleased with the workmanship and results of the project. Patrick is very detailed in his estimations and schedules. His crews show up on time and are easy to work with. The project was completed on time with wonderful results.

Patrick with P & M Quality Construction has been the most reliable contractor we have used. His work is top quality and he keeps his word as to the detail of his work and the timeline in which he promises to complete it. Patrick did 3 large jobs for us including replacing all the windows in our home, removing some window pods, putting a new wall up, texturing and painting, scraping all the remaining popcorn ceilings and re-texturing and painting, and painting the exterior after repairing the masonry. Great crews and always on time and clean. Highly recommend for remodeling and windows!

Just finished having our kitchen updated by P&M Quality Construction. Once again, we had an excellent experience. As is often the case with a renovation, we had a few unexpected challenges. However, Patrick and his sub-contractors did a great job of finding satisfactory solutions. We just finished a bathroom remodel with P & M Quality Construction and are very pleased with the results. We appreciate Patrick's expertise and his attention to detail. P & M Quality Construction provides great value as Patrick has been working with the same subcontractors for many years.
The subcontractors did quality work, cleaned the work area at the end of each day, and had good communication skills. The tile installer provided excellent suggestions to tweak our original design to obtain a much better result. A few minor issues occurred (as is often the case with remodeling projects), but Patrick handled them promptly and to our satisfaction. We plan to use P & M Quality Construction for future projects as Patrick exceeded our expectations.
